mission 360

BUSINESS

360 Training & Development is a community centered, multi brand, minority, and women-owned business focused on high quality steam education, small business, school, and community partnerships, that strengthen the STEAM workforce pipeline. 360 aims to increase student confidence and interest in science, technology, engineering, arts, and mathematics.

We support schools by providing high impact tutoring, special education, math, and literacy interventions, and college prep. Our goal is to help students prepare for Life After High School by creating strong foundations in literacy, math, and exploring a pathway in a career, college, or entrepreneurship prior to graduation. 360 is dedicated to utilizing STEAM education pathways to realize fair and equitable education in under served communities. Our target audience is K-12 students and students ages 16-24.

360 Training & Development includes a community-based STEAM Education Foundation #360STEAM.
